Who we are
NexoNutra is an independent sales representation business based in Miami, Florida, run by Luis Castillo. We connect supplement brands with contract manufacturing. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, your brand or company, your email, your phone or WhatsApp if you give it, your country and website, and what you tell us about your product.
- The emails and messages you exchange with us.
- Basic, anonymous visit statistics for this website (which pages are visited, from which country). We don't use advertising cookies and we don't track you across other sites.
If we wrote to you first
We sometimes email supplement brands to introduce a manufacturer we work with. We find those contacts on the brand's own public website or public business profiles. If you'd rather not hear from us, reply “unsubscribe” and we won't write again.
How we use it
- To understand what you need, to reply to you, and to prepare your quote.
- To introduce you to the manufacturer's team so they can quote and answer technical questions.
Who we share it with
- The manufacturer's team that prepares your quote.
- The services we use to work: our email provider (Google Workspace) and our website host (Cloudflare).
- Nobody else. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with other brands.
How long we keep it
As long as we're in contact about a quote or a project, and afterwards only what we need for our records. Ask us at any time and we'll delete what we hold about you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you can stop our emails at any time. Write to [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its date.
